Tracey grew up on a small cattle farm and was the first at Atlanta High School FFA to show outside of the state of Texas.  She is an Atlanta graduate and holds and Associate of Arts degree from Texarkana Community College.  

Tracey has been married to John Whittington for over 20 years.  She and John have three children between the two of them and four grandchildren, whom they love watching thrive in all their extra curricular activities.  They are also active members of Cornerstone Church.

Kim Burden AGENT

Kim was born and raised in Texas after her family relocated from Kentucky, and she has deep roots in the community she proudly serves today. The youngest of six children, she graduated from Bloomburg ISD and attended Texarkana Community College before continuing her education at Tyler Junior College, where she earned a degree in Dental Hygiene.

For more than 27 years, Kim has built trusted relationships with families throughout Cass County and surrounding areas through her career in dental care. She has always valued personal connections and takes great joy in getting to know people and serving her community.

A lifelong supporter of youth sports, Kim spent many years traveling across Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Florida watching her boys play baseball. Through those experiences she formed countless friendships that she considers family today.

Like many people, Kim always enjoyed browsing home listings and dreaming about houses she might one day call her own. Now she is excited to turn that passion into a career where she can help others find their perfect place, whether it’s a first home, a forever home, or land to build and grow.

Kim lives in rural Cass County with her husband David, their son Nolan, and their dog Dash. She is also a proud mother of four grown children, two of whom serve as firefighters with the Shreveport Fire Department, and a loving grandmother to two grandchildren who call her “Sunni.” Kim and her family attend Calvary Tabernacle, where faith and community remain an important part of their lives.
