With a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to making every experience a positive one, Paige Burkhalter brings dedication, organization, attention to detail, and a heart for service to her real estate career. A lifelong Texarkana-area resident, Paige believes that the best relationships are built through trust, communication, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Paige’s professional journey has centered around serving others and helping people navigate complex processes with confidence. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Parks and Recreation Management with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation from Arkansas Tech University, she began her career in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, before serving as an Activities Director in Cincinnati, Ohio. Following her return home, Paige spent several years working in contract creation and client support within the medical equipment industry, where she developed a strong reputation for accuracy, organization, communication, and attention to detail.
Her love for real estate eventually brought her to United Country: Double Creek Land & Homes, where she joined the brokerage in April 2025 as Office Administrator and additionally took on the role of Marketing Manager in January 2026. Working within the brokerage has given Paige a unique understanding of the many moving parts behind a successful real estate transaction, including contracts, compliance, listing preparation, marketing, communication, and agent support. She especially enjoys helping others learn, solving problems, and creating systems and processes that make things easier for the people around her.
After passing the Texas real estate examination, Paige now holds an inactive Texas salesperson license and looks forward to eventually bringing her experience behind the scenes directly to the clients she serves.
Paige has a particular interest in luxury real estate, distinctive homes, and country properties that combine comfortable, elevated living with space, privacy, and beautiful surroundings. She is also interested in real estate investing and enjoys learning about the opportunities real estate can create for individuals and families. Above all, Paige approaches her work with the belief that people deserve to feel heard, supported, and confident throughout the real estate process.
Paige cares deeply about the community she calls home. Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, being near the water, baking, creating a cozy home, and spending time with her dogs. She is also a beginner piano player and enjoys being active in her church.
Whether helping someone find a home that fits the way they want to live, exploring a distinctive luxury or country property, or assisting an investor with their next opportunity, Paige brings genuine care, strong attention to detail, and a determination to make the experience as seamless and meaningful as possible.
