David Allday

David is a real estate agent based in Texarkana, TX, with over a decade of experience in the timber industry. Throughout his career, he has helped countless landowners achieve their property goals-whether through timber stand improvement, wildlife thinning, plantation management, or final harvest & reforestation.
In addition to his land expertise, David has spent the last several years investing in real estate. He brings hands-on knowledge of remodeling nearly every component of a home, giving his clients a distinct advantage when evaluating properties, improvements, and long-term value.
Raised in Atlanta, Texas, and now living in Texarkana, David remains deeply rooted in the area. From an early age, his father and grandfathers instilled in him a passion for sports and the outdoors. Today, he still enjoys hunting, fishing, and other outdoor sports, with a particular passion for deer and waterfowl.
After high school, David attended Texarkana College, where he played baseball, before continuing his athletic career at Kansas State University. Following an injury, he transferred to Southern Arkansas University, where he completed his degree in Business.
David and his wife, Ashley, have two children, Tripp and Mallie. They are active members of Heritage Church, where they co-lead a small group and teach first grade Sunday School. He is also involved in F3 (Fitness, Fellowship, Faith), a nationwide men’s workout group.
